These General Terms and Conditions apply to anyone who accesses Enjoy-street.com (the "Site"). Any use of the Site is subject to the acceptance and compliance with these terms. By simply using the Site, You acknowledge having read these Terms of Use and declare that you accept them without restriction or reservation.
Preamble
The Site is an advertising space for listings for people offering escort services in accordance with the law in force (hereinafter "The Advertiser"). The Site does not negotiate or play any role in the booking of any of the Advertiser's services. Furthermore, the Site is not responsible for any negotiation or agreement between a person and the Advertiser within this Site. Use of the Site is limited to natural persons who are of legal age according to the laws of their country.
Registration
Registration on the Site is entirely free. Any natural person who is of legal age according to the laws of their country may register on the Site. By registering on the Site, the Advertiser confirms that their information is correct. Information copied from the Internet is not accepted. The Advertiser is responsible for the text, photos, and videos content they publish on the Site. Obscene, soliciting, or content that may shock certain people is not permitted and will not be validated. The Advertiser is informed and accepts that their IP address is stored for security purposes. The Advertiser is informed and accepts cookies. Enjoy-street.com manually validates each listing, and reserves the right to delete listings deemed non-compliant without prior notice. Only one registration is possible per Advertiser. Enjoy-street.com moderates the listings but cannot be held responsible if the points above are not respected: The Site is not obligated and does not have the necessary means to ensure the Advertiser's identity and the veracity of the information they provide.
When the Advertiser's account is validated by the Site, the Advertiser has access to their listing: Upon registration, the Advertiser chooses a password and a username to access their account. The Advertiser is responsible for keeping their password and username confidential. The Advertiser can modify, complete, or delete their information at any time.
Enjoy-street.com does not transmit any information about Advertisers to third-party companies or individuals.
Optional Paid Features
Use of the Site is entirely free, but the Advertiser has the possibility of subscribing to certain optional paid features. The Site offers different payment methods (bank transfer, credit card payments, cash payment). The Advertiser may request a refund without penalty and without justification. However, the right of withdrawal can no longer be exercised once the Advertiser has started to benefit from the paid services. Advertisers who violate the Site's usage charter may have their account deleted, and consequently lose their paid services, without any possibility of a refund. Reasons for account deletion may include, but are not limited to: use of stolen photos, threats, suspicion of scams, identity theft, being a minor person, etc.
Refund Policy
The Advertiser may request a refund without penalty and without justification. However, the right of withdrawal can no longer be exercised once the Advertiser has started to benefit from the paid services. Advertisers who violate the Site's usage charter may have their account deleted, and consequently lose their paid services, without any possibility of a refund. Reasons for account deletion may include, but are not limited to: use of stolen photos, threats, suspicion of scams, identity theft, being a minor person, etc.
Right of Withdrawal
The on-demand video/video chat/photos and other content service constitutes an intangible service provided exclusively by digital means. In application of Article L.121-20-2 of the Consumer Code, once the download has started, you will no longer be able to exercise your right of withdrawal and therefore request a refund. The rental or purchase of this Program via download being for immediate delivery and execution, the User will therefore not be able to benefit from the right of withdrawal, which they expressly acknowledge and accept by validating these general conditions. Furthermore, in the event of account closure or inactivity, the account balance cannot be returned to the user. Site subscription: After ordering and payment, the user has a right of withdrawal and refund within 14 days after purchase if the user has never logged into their account and has not used the service during this period.
Obligations of the Site
The Site is an advertising space service allowing Advertisers to offer their escort services within the framework of current regulations. The Site does not have the obligation or the means to verify the identity of the Advertisers or the veracity of the information in their listings. However, the Site undertakes to moderate or delete, as far as possible, any content it detects as not being in accordance with the law in force. The Site never transmits Advertiser information; furthermore, the Site never intervenes in a discussion or initial contact between an Internet user and an Advertiser.
Obligations of Advertisers and Internet Users
Internet users and Advertisers are solely responsible for their use of the Site and cannot, therefore, hold the Site responsible for any claim and/or procedure brought against it. Internet users and Advertisers undertake to respect the laws in force. Any Advertiser who does not respect the Site's charter may be marked as "suspect," or even be deleted, without prior notice and at the discretion of the Site's moderators.
Disclaimer and Age Restriction
The website is reserved for an adult and informed audience. The Site contains texts and photos likely to shock some people. Consultation of material and images with erotic connotations is neither prohibited nor against the laws of your country of residence. You undertake not to show the content of the Site to minors or any other person who may be offended or who does not meet these conditions.
Cookies and Personal Data
When consulting the Site, the Site does not send cookies. The Site does not use external providers (advertising or otherwise) except Google Analytics. Cookies may be used by Google Analytics for Site traffic statistics. When creating an account, a cookie will be created on your computer. The Site never sells your listing data, nor does it share your listing data with other sites.
Right to be Forgotten
You can delete your account at any time from your back-office. Deleting your account immediately, completely, and permanently removes all your listing information and photos. It is therefore no longer possible to recover an account that has been deleted. You can also send us an email if you wish to delete any information concerning your listing that may have been indexed by Google.
General
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Swiss law. The place of performance and the exclusive forum shall be the Site's registered office, in Switzerland.
